Laundry Drop-off

Want to spend less time doing laundry? Our easy to use drop off laundry service is here for your convenience!

  1. Scan the QR code on the desk in store or fill out the form below. We will take your contact details so we can reach out to you when your laundry is ready.

  2. Drop off your laundry to the store. If we are in the office, drop your laundry to us and we will weigh it and charge you on the spot.

  3. If we are not in the office, once you click submit on the form you will see a pop up showing you how to drop off into the bin. We will email you an invoice once your laundry has been washed and folded.

  4. We will send you a text or email letting you know your laundry is ready. Pickup at your convenience during our store hours.

  • $2.50 per pound for clothing, towels, bed sheets

  • 24 hour turn-around time

  • Minimum charge of 10 pounds or $25.00

Large Items

  • $35 duvets/comforters each

  • $30 sleeping bags each

  • $30 washable rug each

Pricing

Suitability & Laundering

By using our services, you confirm that all items provided are suitable for machine washing in water on a standard cycle and drying in a tumble dryer using heat. We are not responsible for damage to items that are not appropriate for this standard laundering process.

Damaged Laundry

We take great care when handling your laundry; however, some limitations apply.

We do not check pockets prior to washing. Therefore, we are not responsible for damage caused by items left in pockets (e.g., lipstick, gum, pens, etc.).

All laundering processes—even gentle cycles—result in normal wear and tear over time. We are not responsible for issues such as fading, shrinkage, stretching, fabric fatigue, holes, abrasions, or loss of buttons.

We reserve the right to decline any item that we believe may damage our equipment or other laundry.

While we handle your items with care, we do not individually inspect each garment. Items labeled “dry clean only” or otherwise unsuitable for standard washing and drying should not be included. All items are washed together unless separate loads are requested for an additional fee. We are not responsible for colour bleeding or damage resulting from mixed loads.

Lost Laundry

We do not itemize or inventory individual garments. As such, we are not responsible for missing items, as we cannot verify specific pieces received. All orders are tagged and kept together to help ensure items remain grouped throughout the process.

If you believe an item is missing, please notify us within 24 hours of pickup. Prompt notification increases the likelihood of locating misplaced items.

Minimum Weight, Minimum Fee

Orders under 10 pounds will be charged at the minimum weight of 10 pounds.

Stain Removal

We do not offer specialized stain removal services. Upon request, we can apply stain remover to specific items if noted at drop-off. While many stains may come out during standard washing, removal is not guaranteed.

Privacy Policy

We collect personal information such as your name, phone number, and email address to communicate with you regarding your order.

We do not sell or share your personal information with outside parties, except with trusted service providers who assist in operating our business and agree to keep your information confidential, or where required by law.

Non-identifiable information may be used for marketing or business purposes.

Payments

Payment is required at the time of drop-off. If staff are not available, an invoice will be sent via text or email and must be paid prior to pickup.

Late payments may be subject to interest charges as outlined on invoices.

We accept cash, debit, and credit card payments.
